Anyone that is interested in taking their overall well-being seriously. These are ancient practices passed on to modern times. Each modality improves the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies within us. Please connect with me so that we can determine what combination is the best fit for you at this time.

Before the session:

Please remove glasses, bulky jewelry (rings and watches), belts and shoes.

You may experience emotional and physical release

Please drink lots of water and get some rest after the session

Avoid alcohol and caffeine before and after the session

Energy Clearing:

I can help restore peace by sweeping and cleansing the aura of a person, room and home by burning herbs and/or using sound.

When should this be done?

When someone in the household is physically ill
To help release feelings of despair and grief
After arguments
To help release outside energies that may have been absorbed
To clear the energy of a new home
To release negative and stagnant energy

60 minute session: $80

90 minute session: $125
