Usui Reiki is an energy healing technique traced back to ancient Tibet. Reiki is life force energy.  It is performed by an attuned and trained individual called a reiki master or reiki practitioner.  This life force energy helps the body heal itself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It provides healing for all major organs along with the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems. It clears and balances the seven major chakras (Energy centers within the body).

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a focused pressure technique that is mainly applied to the feet. There are points on the feet (also, hands, ears, face and even the tongue!) for every part, gland and organ in the body. These points and areas correspond to or are relative to other areas of the body. By applying pressure to the various points on the feet, we can stimulate a healing response in the body.

• Fertility and cycle regulation

The vibrations of sound can be used to re-tune us back to optimal health by shifting our energetic frequency. Sound can help remove negative and stagnant emotions that have not been processed and have gotten trapped within the body. It induces a positive shift in nervous system regulation that enhances overall well-being.

For now, I am only offering sound therapy in 30 minute increments paired with Reiki or reflexology. I will be using various unweighted tuning forks. These will be placed 4-6 inches from your ears and body.

Please remove glasses, bulky jewelry (rings and watches), belts and shoes.

You may experience emotional and physical release

Please drink lots of water and get some rest after the session

Avoid alcohol and caffeine before and after the session

Celtic Shamanism is an open Earth based spiritual practice. I am currently in training but my ultimate goal is to empower others on their own spiritual path by using sound and by working with our guides.

• The first session is always a journey to meet your guides

• 20 minute drum journey
• Some time to journal and a discussion of your experience
• A mini tarot/oracle/rune reading to end the session
