Usui Reiki:

Reiki is life force energy and is a healing technique traced back to ancient Tibet. Reiki helps the body heal itself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It provides healing for all major organs along with the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems. It clears and balances the seven major chakras (energy centers within the body).

Reflexology:

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a focused pressure technique that is mainly applied to the feet. There are points on the feet (also hands, ears, face and even the tongue!) for every part, gland and organ in the body. These points and areas correspond to or are relative to other areas of the body. By applying pressure to the various points on the feet, we can stimulate a healing response in the body.

Sound Therapy:

The vibrations of sound can be used to re-tune us back to optimal health by shifting our energetic frequency. Sound can help remove negative and stagnant emotions that have not been processed and have gotten trapped within the body. It induces a positive shift in nervous system regulation that enhances overall well-being.

I use weighted tuning forks on specific acupunture points to help release and regulate symptoms of grief, depression, anxiety and trauma. This is a great addition to talk therapy.

Before the session:

Please remove glasses, bulky jewelry (rings and watches), belts and shoes.

You may experience emotional and physical release (for example, crying)

Please drink lots of water and get some rest after the session

Avoid alcohol and caffeine before and after the session

Please provide your own towel, 2 pillows and blanket for sanitary purposes (I do have these items if prefered.)

Cost:

60 minute session: $80

90 minute combination session: $120
