Shamanic healing is a powerful practice used in many cultures to restore harmony and peace. You do not need to be spiritual to benefit from it. It helps uncover the root causes of issues, heal traumas, release blockages, and restore emotional balance, creating space for new energy.
I refer to myself as a Celtic Seidr (pronounced SAY-der and means norse shaman). This is not a technical term but I use this to define my craft and most of my heritage. I act as a bridge between you and your guides, the spiritual and non-spiritual realms, holding sacred space for your healing journey.
In these sessions, I journey to the spirit world to witness my shamanic guides and ancestors remove misplaced energy that does not belong to you. Then, I witness the return of what does belong whether this comes as a power/soul part retrieval or something that does not have a label. I receive the information needed so that the healing work can be integrated into the physical realm.
We will create an intention whether that is just to see what comes up or if there is something specific you would like to ask. I will enter journey space to channel clarity and guidance for you while merging Reiki healing. I will share my experience and then I will end this with an oracle card pull.
